Blueberry Lane hosts grand opening
Blueberry Lane, a small community of large, ultra-green homes half a block from public transportation, hosts its grand opening Sept. 28. The homes are candidates for the LEED Platinum rating by the U.S. Green Building Council and include utility cost guarantees, rainwater harvesting and ground-level guest suites.
The five homes in the project range in size from 2,074 to 3,660 square feet and are priced from about $530,000 to $670,000.
